Moving from a front-line position to middle management can be a challenging transition. Our "Lead From the Middle" program is designed to empower emerging leaders like you with the skills and mindset needed to excel in your new role.
This comprehensive and practical leadership development program follows a "learn and do" methodology, ensuring that you not only acquire knowledge but also apply it to real-world situations. Throughout the program, you'll receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced leaders and guidance from an internal company mentor.


This program is organized into three Modules: Mastering Middle Manager Leadership, People Development, and Mechanisms and Systems. Each Module is divided into two units, with the exception of Module 3, which has three units. Within each module, there is a Peer Exchange. Peer Exchanges help integrate learnings from the module and offer a chance to network and learn from others in the program.
There are six full-day in person sessions from 9am - 5pm, which include the module content and Peer Exchanges.
